1. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Customers must provide accurate name, phone number and delivery address. We accept prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments where available. CargoHoods reserves the right to cancel orders in case of incorrect information, product unavailability, suspicious activity or other valid reasons.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within the estimated processing time mentioned on the website. Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
3. Return & Exchange
CargoHoods offers a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery on eligible products. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Returns may be rejected if the product has been used, washed, damaged, stained or altered.
4. Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. An unboxing video may be required for verification. After inspection, CargoHoods will provide an appropriate resolution such as replacement, exchange or refund, where applicable.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected. For eligible COD refunds, customers may be required to provide valid bank/UPI details. Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway or bank.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.
7. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images, colours, descriptions and size information. Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography or individual screen settings. Customers are advised to check the size chart before ordering.
8. Offers & Discounts
All offers and discount codes are subject to their respective terms and validity. CargoHoods reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offer without prior notice.
9. Website & Content
All CargoHoods logos, brand names, images, designs, graphics and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied or used without permission.
